How It Works?

  • The process is very simple...
    and takes less than 2 miutes to complete.

  • Step 1

    		 You will be required to fill out a General Pre-Qualification questioner.  Based on the information you provide the system will assess the credit risk and search the lending criteria, and offers of participating institutions. 



    		 

    Step 2

    		 ClearViewDirect.ca will then provide you with 12 mortgage quotes from different lenders.  Quotes will include interest rates, both fixed and variable, and other general terms and conditions of the contract.



    		 

    Step 3

    		 If you are satisfied with the results you may proceed further by completing full application which will be assigned to a financial institution of your choice.
    Within 24 hours of filling out a General Pre-Qualification Form you will be contacted by an authorized mortgage professional to assist you with the process.
